hey, one of my friend told me that if you wear your bra to sleep you get breast cancer. does anyone know if this is actually true? :ermm:
It's a myth. The cause of breast cancer is not yet known, but wearing a bra to sleep will not cause or prevent you from getting the disease.
Alternatively wearing a bra all day & night may not been good for your skin (you're not letting it breathe and allowing bacteria a chance to grow).

I would still say wearing a bra 24/7 is not good for you anyways.... i know a lot of people wear it 24/7 because they dont want them to sag in the future (not saying its wat you think) but its not good for you. it might not cause you cancer but cancer can come from anywhere nowadays... poor immune system, virus, air, food (pesticides etc). yea... i dont think you should wear one to sleep tho i told my bf's younger sister not to too
