do small hips affect giving birth?

is it true that if you ahve small hips it is ahrder to give birth?

it all works itself out though. the body changes drastically during pregnancy your hips widen. and the baby will only grow as much as it has room for in the womb. and doctors will know very early whether or not you'll have difficulty with natural child birth or not that they can schedule you for a c-section if its foreseen to be a real issue or complication. species have been having babies since the dawn of time and small hips aren't rare, the body manages to accomidate itself for the pregnancy and child birth.
