What NOT to do on a job interview

Well today i had to go into work for a few hours...
so my boss was interviewing this lady for one of the positions at our office...
and right off the bat she did so many things wrong..
i mean i understand you want to make yourself look good but this lady she kept repeating "oh everyone i've worked with said they loved working with me, and i'm very good etc..." like she said it multiple times... i mean once is enough, more than once is pushing it

then she goes on telling my boss how crappy her current employer was... That's a big NO-NO, i believe no matter how horrible your previous employer was you should never say anything too negative about them... i mean this lady went on saying how her employer was money hungry, didn't respect people etc....
i mean my boss just took it as "if you can say stuff like that about your previous employer, then what would she say about me when she quits if i hired her"

and lastly, i think they were 5 min into the interview she said "oh i have to leave in 7 mins...."
i was like 0.o she just told my boss she had to leave, i mean her interview wasn't even finish... makes it seem like she doesn't take the job seriously...

well i just felt like sharing that

Re: What NOT to do on a job interview

one girl came for interview, and my manager asked her "if you were running late for work, what would you do" or something in the like

girl answered, "well, i won't going to pressure myself and hurry up"

not even "i'll call them and tell them i'm running late

goodbye job...

Re: What NOT to do on a job interview

lols, pretty funny though! most job interview questions are pretty common sense and it's all about making yourself SOUND good or look good. she must be pretty blonde if she doesn't understand those factors of a job interview.

You don't have to be a genius to know what respect and manners are. >.>

Maybe there's a reason why it took her that long to finally graduate. =P

Then JU!CYY can lose faith in her employer, take it as disrespect and a personal insult and that she has to work with someone like that, and quit.

Re: What NOT to do on a job interview

what's not to do...is to leave your cell phone on!! Once I had a call which I NEVER expected (and it was really pointless too) during an interview. I refused the call in embarrassment, but that person called again! It was so embarrassing....

also I realized it always help to do research about the company beforehand! One time I had interview with Plush, they asked 'what brands do we carry' and I was like Juicy...uh....and then took random guess XD

haha i know i would be doomed if i had to work with her...
she looked super annoying!
my boss already told me he's not gonna hire her..
he asked her about what kinda of pay she was looking for ... and he believed that she was asking for too much for a starting graduate
