Reporting to the Store Manager, the Sales Associate is responsible for maximizing sales, merchandise and ensuring optimal customer service. Specific responsibilities will include:

• Ensuring you generate sales and exceed the applicable sales per hour standards
• Ensuring you use the steps to successful selling
• Ensuring you provide customer service and exceed Aritzia's Customer Service Standard

Required Skills:
• Embody Aritzia’s culture.
• Generate sales and exceed the applicable sale per hour standard.
• Identify the needs of our customers and exceed their expectations all of the time.
• Maintain the store to ensure our customers enjoy a relaxed and comfortable environment.
• Utilize our systems to ensure our customers’ time is our number priority.
• Open availability and flexibility to work nights, weekends, store openings and other special events according to the needs of the business

Experience:
Retail and sales experience an asset.

they are ALLLLWAYYYSS hiring...I guess it's cuz not a lot of people could stay for a long time (turnover rate..esp in a company like Aritzia)

I believe it's minimum wage for reg employees. seasonals get paid $9-$10 /hour

from past employees, they quit within a week or so because it was horrible working there.

^ i really think it depends on the person and how you get along with everyone. my sister has been there for at least 5 years.. now she is actually moving to san fran w/ her boyfriend and they are opening a new one down there. she gets alot of things paid for and her wage is really good

nope, I don't think it's past yet. it usually happens during the first week of aug.
