Interview on Monday....
okay, so I just got called for an interview on monday...and he said to bring references?!? but I don't really have any recent references?! does that mean to bring another copy of my resume or a cover letter? its my first job...and it said that it didn't require any experiences..and that full training is provided.


thanks in advanced!!

oh, one more thing. I am planning to wear black pants, black flats, and...a blue knitted sweater? is that okay? this is for retail. Should I wear a blouse underneath?

ha ha.... I also live really far from the job place...would this effect anything?

your references could be teachers, coaches, councellors... even family friends might work. dosent have to be a previous manager

Yeah do what ko. said. It's from anyone who knows you well and how your work ethic is and all (ie. on time, people friendly, etc...)

About your clothing. What you meantioned seemed fine. I think that if you were going into retail you wear something from that store or whatever you are wearing has no logos on it.

Usually if it's for retail and you live far away, they probably don't mind. As long as you're fine with it and you make it on time for work. Obviously if you get the job and you're always late... it will be an issue. Or maybe they can even tranfer you to a closer store.
