looking for a higher pay job ="(

i'm desperate for a better job!
Whenever I job search, I always settle for whoever hires me first :'( bad mistake haha, I'm currently working at the bay, ppl are nice there, but that's all. benefit sucks (10% discount), pay sucks, customers are mean all the time, overall its bad.

can anyone tell me where to start?
I'm not sure I want retail jobs, I want sth i haven't experienced before
I worked at a fast food store before, as a telemarketer and they were all pretty bad.

Ebay and Paypal pays really well but they are always hiring so I dont know how good they are to work for. Some higher paying jobs dont give you 40 hours a week so you end up making just about the same.

I think the commission jobs can pay well but there is pressure to push sales on people. Costco pays well if you dont mind the environment.
