I recently got hired at blenz coffee on broadway.
Does anyone know the conditions or whatnot?

I work there also. Since it is a franchaise company, it depends on your employer & if the place is busy or not. I quite like it though. Congrats btw :)

is it the one at broadway station? i would assume that it could get quiet busy at times because of the location

Yeeeah.. all the times that I went.. it's always pretty busy !

Aw, no way ! The one at broadway?! Is it tough learning all the drinks & whatnot? How are the other employees & managers? I wouldn't be too worried considering how nice you sound.. but yeah !

^oh not @ broadway LOL. I think it's not tough if you learn fast and have prev drinks-making exprience (which is my case). It took me about two weeks (that's about 7-10 shifts) to learn all the drinks. Sry I can't answer ur 2nd question...I think you would find out once you go though. My co-workers here are super friendly (: and thanks Lol.

I worked at a Blenz before. The drinks are pretty easy to remember, so you should be fine. I hated it though because I worked at such a busy place and my boss sucked (worked 3 months OUTSTANDINGLY with no raise whatsoever).

my co-worker only got a $1 wage increase after she's been working for a year..

does anyone know what the starting wage is at all? I'm trying to decide whether to apply or not.

it depends on your experience but I believe most of the shops start at minimum wage. there is no incentives or anything..all depends on the owner
