indie fashion in vc

hey anyone knows any store in vc where i can find indie crazy shirts or stuff?

im from spain and will be visiting vancouver in about a week...
just to give u an idea of what im looking for check out the fender shirt designs or

thats kind of what i like thanks!

Well, now that I've seen the webpage, the only thing I can think of is Bang-On Shirts. There are some local stores that have clothing that is a little more punk or a little more hippie-like, but I don't generally go into the areas that would sell indie clothing. Perhaps check out

(this is one of the hippie-like stores).

You might want to check Main St and Gastown. Lots of indie shops there that are unique.

you'd probably like El Kartel on Robson between Burrard and Thurlow and Urban Outfitters on Granville.
Try some of the shops on Main Street as well
ie/ Front & Co (by main and king edward) and My Orange Bag (i think its about 6-8 blocks down main and king ed, a friend of mine works there i can get you address if you want). theres also a store on main street called Ark Clothing by main and broadway that has some funky stuff.
theres a lotttt more, i discovered this because i take the main st bus home from langara to the main st skytrain and i found all these neat stores!

ok ill make sure that ill visit those places ill be stayin at the holidai inn downtown i think, so any place neear there girls?

yah el kartel cool my friend sells his hats there :) as well as at shop cocoon (3345 Cambie Street) and complex ( 231 abbott street, gastown) you could check those places out too.. and livestock (also in gastown), my brother buys shoes from there sometimes. another place i like is you and whose army on denman (pricey though)
