It still works. You just have to follow the instructions.

I believe they send it to you by mail.

Same here, I only had to go to the link and put in the pin. then just put in all your info (email, name, address, etc) and thats it!!

well I hope it worked, i guess i'll find out in a few weeks, if it arrives in the mail....
