Does anybody have a LG Shine KE970?

I cracked my screen and my contacts weren’t saved to my screen.. so I want to try import my contacts back into my sim card. If you have a Shine, can you please please give me the steps to import contacts from PHONE TO SIM? The menu has buttons (EXAMPLE: 6: set up > 2: call settings > 5: Ring Type, etc.) so I’m hoping to just do it blindly by pressing the keypad.

ko0ty.. can get software for your phone?

this reminds me of a time i dropped my phone and cracked the screen.. but all i had to do is use motorola phone tools for my phone.. i grabbed all the contacts from my broken phone and stored them in a .CSV (excel) file.. when i got my new phone, i simply restored my contacts using the software so i didn't have to blindly press buttons to try and transfer a bunch of contacts to my SIM.

yushimi to the rescue lolZ. I bond to have the shine cuz I change phones so often. Let me see.

Oki. First step. Press the menu button. Then down. Then click. Then press 5. Then press 2. Then press 1. Then ur finished.

This shouldve copied all contacts keeping ur original in the shine just incase. =] hope that helped.

Thanks Yushimi! So once I press one, it will be transferring my contacts to my Sim right? I'm gonna do this right when I get home b/c I don't have the phone with me. =P

Ryeguy, I have no idea what software to use! I used my data cable and tried to extract it from my phone but I couldn't find the file...

Hey Yushimi, actually I don't think we have the same model! I'm looking through the manuel and it says:

6 > contacts
5 > copy all
... and then I need to find out the rest.. =S
