Help on Outlet malls in Montreal (in Laval/outside Mtl)...

    Hello All,

I will be visiting Montreal next week and I was planning on renting a car for the day and doing a ton of shopping. But I am finding it hard to see any information on the net about outlets outside of Montreal.

I found this list in Wiki..

    * Laval
    o Galeries du Moulin [85]
o Centre commercial St. Martin [86]
    o Méga-Centre Sainte-Dorothée (A-13 & Notre-Dame blvd)
    o Méga-Centre Val-des-Brises (A-19 & A-440)

But I can't find a listing of what stores are included in those areas.

Basically I wondering if anyone can give me a good area to go to with a ton of stores. I am looking for shoe stores, home furnishings, mens & women's clothing. Brand names would be nice, but I am open to anything.

Can anyone post back any suggestions of where to go, or what is in Laval that would be worth going too? Thanks!

you could go to Marche central () here is the list of its stores ,most of them are outlet
very close by is the Rockland center ( it's not outlet mall ,but a very good shopping center ,here is the list of its store :)
then in laval there is a very good outlet shopping center (autoroute ChomedeyLaval, QC H7X 3S9) I think the name is "Méga-Centre Sainte-Dorothée"but you could find the address with the above postal code..it is vey good outlet and you could find all of your interested shopping areas there

Go to Carrefour Laval shopping centre it's huge and so many stores. Our outlets are really not big.

Take Highway 15 NORTH , exit 60 in St-Sauveur and you will find the FACTORIES.
There are several outlets there set in the beautifull mountains of the Laurentians, well worth the drive.
If you come up this week, Reebok is having their friends and family sale

Here is a link to the Factories site where you will find info on all shops! Enjoy!

With all due respect to LolitaBonita, we have terrific Outlets. What she said about Carrefour laval is true, there are loads of stores but CarrefourLaval will also hold some of the most expensive prices. If you go, go during a sale period or go to find something really fashionable. It's not a bargain place.

    Best Outlet malls are :
Mega Centre Ste-Dorothe & Mega Centre Notre-Dame (sort of together in Laval)
    Marche Central -
Saint Sauveur, as amg mentionned is great (plus you get a cool roadtrip with it).
