Rude people on the phone
Rude customers happen a lot at my sister's workplace (she works at a spa-receptionist), and they call and say Hi i want to book a facial. and my sister asks ok, what kind of facial would you like, and they say i don't know. and then my sister says they can come in for a made-for-you facial in which the esthetician analyses the skin and determines what's best, and then they say..hmmm do you guys do _______(basically some sort of mask they have done somewhere else) and my sister replies that they don't offer those types and then the lady just says "WELL YOU SHOULD" and then hangs up. And another time, a lady called in the morning and wants to book a time for a massage and she wanted it like right in the afternoon, but you know Spa Utopia-waterfront(david beckham was at the hotel the spa was in~~<--off topic lol), it's like EXTREMELY busy and she kept asking 3:00pm then my sister said no they're are booked for that entire day already and the lady hung up. 5min later she calls back and asks for 4:00pm, and then how about 5:00, my sister's like No, we're booked for the entire day and usually you have to book couple weeks in advance if you want to make sure you get the time you really want. And that lady just said "I thought you guys are a high class spa and are supposed to have good customer service, what is this, forget it im not going there at all." Now my sister was pissed and so she says "ok then bye "*click* lol
