off the wall at lougheed is more friendly

i think the people at off the wall at lougheed town centre are really friendly and nice. they wont stare at you and think you won't buy anything. esp if you buy somethign cheap they still give you good service.
there is this pregnant woman there that is extremely cute and nice.
compare to metro, lougheed kicks ass.

The last time I visited there, there were only a few customers. I think the serivce was slow. But I enjoyed the store. Everyone was so friendly.

yea....i usually go in....and get out.....most of the time buying nothing.....but they still treat you well

I agree, service at Lougheed is better than Metro, but basically service everywhere is better than Metro (any store), it seems they hire the bottom of the barrel people there.

it's not that they hire bottom o fthe barrell people, it's because metrotown is soooo busy and if you work n retail u know how stressfull metro can get. I actually think some of the service I get at metro is better....but not in their change rooms usually. I think it all depends on the person though...some ignore you, some are slow, some are really helpful. I've seen them all at both locations.

i work at off the wall..but not at the lougheed location..and i agree with the metrotown one..they absolutely ignore you and the girls there give you attitude!!

of course i get discount!..it's actually really good...we get 60% off of our private lables ( song, butter, shank)..and 50% off on branded names stuff ( 555soul, guess, puma..etc)..we have things on sale here and there but the BIG sale comes twice a year..one in the summer and one right after christmass and all that..these sales are to get rid of old stockkk...

whenever i go to otw at lougheed they never ever greet me or help me even though they see me and the store is empty ...i get way better service at the metro location at least they greet and ask if i need help most of the time and the robson location they dont really help or greet you either maybe once in a blue moon
