Champers Salon :)

I can't help myself.

I am so happy with them. The Surrey location at 160th and Fraser Highway, is awesome.

I first bought a Ceramix hair straightener from them last may, (after i melted my CHI, when using the wrong voltage converter in London :( ) They told me it was a really good straightener and it was the one they use in the salon. And they were right it was a great straightener.

About 3 months after i bought it, it started to turn off on its own. Just suddenly (ironically when i was on vacation again). I would turn it on and it would stay on for less then a minute, and the heat would then turn off and the screen would go all wonky.

So i brought it back, they seemed suprised but gave me a new one with no problems. Thats the first time i was happy with their service.

A few months later, as in now, this Ceramix straightener was doing the same thing. Extremely annoyed, i took it into the salon today and told the manager that this was the second one that was having the same problem. She didnt ask any questions, she walked over the shelf, grabbed a CHI and said "here you go, sorry about that" and i'm like "uhhh this is a CHI, its like 50$ more then the one i had," and she was like "Thats okay, you had to return it twice so this is for your trouble" i was like OMG thanks, this is great!!

I'm definitely going to call the BBB and let them know about their great service, and i'm going to send some christmas chocolates and a card :)
