Costa Blanca Richmond

My friend got me a $30 gift certificate from this place and the cashier that helped her screwed up and only gave her $10 so we went back and the same girl who sold her the certificate helped us again. But she wasn't very helpful. I wanted a refund issued or money back or another certificate...she provided neither. She acknowledged that she screwed up and kept saying that she had to notify head office and they would get back to us but she couldn't do anything to help us at the time. Well it's been over a month and I haven't heard back. I emailed their office and no reply so I want everyone to know that Costa Blanca has the worst customer service ever and they really need to train their employees better. Beware when you shop there!

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

Call headoffice yourself and complain. That means that the day that they sold the gift certificate, their till would have been over $20....that or the girl pocketed it. But either way, call headoffice and complain yourself. Don't email again, as they can just say they never recieved it. Call and try to speak to someone directly. Also, call the store and speak with the store manager.....if that girl wasn't it

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

I bought a burgundy dress from costa blanca. The first day I wore the dress the dye came off and smudged onto my white jacket I was wearing on top. They obviously won't do anything about it. Does anyone know how to take the dye off of my white jacket?

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

My best friend works there... only not at the one in Richmond. HAHA.
Yeah, the interviewers only ask like 3 questions and the "trainers" are flaky girls who don't really care about how the employees do and on my friend's training day, the "trainer" came 45 minutes late because she was having "boy issues".

YUCK.

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

Can Tide to Go get rid of really old stains? I have some old stains on white shirts that I would really like to get rid of, but don't know what is the best product to use.

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

are you talking about that pen look alike ones
because that would take forever since it's not just one spot of stain but rather the entire inside of the jacket.

someone suggested alcohol but that sounds a bit dangerous since its very flammable

Re: Costa Blanca Richmond

Oh. HAHA. Well, then, you'd need about... 20 Tide To Go pens.

Just kidding.
Spray and Wash should do it.

A lot of Spray and Wash.

That's what I would do.

Um... alcohol didn't really work for me. I tried it... and it ended up turning yellow.

=S
