Guess

I had 3 really good experience with the staff at Guess.

Guess Metropolis- I went there for the customer appreciation day and there was a tall persian girl who helped me. She was very friendly and took the time to help me find everyhing I wanted.

Guess P.C- Everyone that worked there seemed to be very helpful and knowledgable. From the girl that first greeted me, to the staff on the floor, to the person in the change room to the cashier, they were all super friendly.

Guess Factory Outlet in New West- There was a cute little Japanese/canadian girl working at the cashier. She was very nice. She noticed that the stilleto\'s I was going to purchase had a scuff mark (which I didn\'t see) she took the time to try to get someone to get me a new pair from the back. When her attempt failed she went to the back herself and grabbed them for me. That was above and beyond her responsiblilties ( I think) as a cashier.

I want to thank all of the above ppl for providing excellent customer service.!!

Re: Guess

mm..i don't know, i had pretty bad experiences with Guess? stores except a couple. I was trying to get this skirt on sale in size small, so i called every single Guess in the lower mainland and hopefully they can transferr it to metro or somewhere close. Only 2 stores gave me good services, others didn't even bother checking for me.

Guess PoCo - the people were sooo nice, they checked on the computers for me and told me that there is some at Whistler

Guess Whistler - the guy that picked up the phone helped me transfer the skirt. it was pretty troublesome coz he had to get it approved by the regional manager or something?! i wasn't really sure what he said, but he was very helpful..

however..in the end, i went to metrotown 1 day too late and they put the skirt back out on the racks and it was gone >.< they called whistler for another transfer but there was none left =( i was so upset..but i'm over it now..sigh*

Well when theres a transfer they're supposed to hold it.
I've had stuff transfered before I didn't go to pick it up for a week.
This was just recently too at aldo the girl called me and she was asking when I was going to come pick it up.
She also stated that if I was not going to pick it up they were going to put it back on the shelf.

Another good place for guess is XCETRA in metropolis.
Off the wall is having sales on their handbags they had a little clearance going on.
There was a guess bag for 14 bucks but it wasn't very big.

Re: Guess

I've had some really good experiences at Guess Metrotown as well. Very friendly staff and helped me pick out a few items. THe Guess Factory Store in New West also has very nice staff and the store is neat and tidy.
