Earlier this week I was at Urban Planet in Metrotown and I saw a nice jacket waaay up high on one of the racks. I went to one of the sales associates who was just folding clothing and was behind her when another person who came from the cash started talking at her.

I'd like to point out that she could clearly see me standing there behind the girl I was approaching and she even like glanced at me a couple of times.

I couldn't really hear what they were saying cause the music was so loud and there were so many people and we were near the cash, but the short story seems like the girl I was going to ask made a mistake and the cash girl was harshly blaming her and the sales girl argued back and they started really getting at it... fighting....

And I was just standing there probably for a while 2 minutes because at first I didn't know what was going on... I could only see the expression of the cash girl having that.... eyes open wide in shock and jaw grinding angerly as she spoke. She was like, waking a little bundle of paper with a pen while arguing too.

In the end I just left.... It just seemed so stupid that they had a fight in the middle of the store (right next to the cash where all the customers were lining up) and that cash girl CLEARLY saw me trying to talk to the sales girl during the fight if not before!

It's crazy the ridiculous service you get these days..

There probably is a reasonable explaination for this...
Someone must have messed up big time
This happens all the time in working environments, but I agree that it could have been handled better.

wow scary.
maybe the cash girl was like really pissed off at that other girl
so even when she saw you coming, her mind was just focused on yelling at that girl.

it's pretty funny watching people argue, i know it isn't right
but you just can't look away >_>
