Hollister
i enjoy hollister clothing. but lately the have really made me angry. for one thing there prices are overpriced for BAD quality. dont get me wrong. i like the store, but the clothes are really cheaply made. im petite so i should have no problem with clothes rippinf. but afetr i wash the clothes and dry them according to directions. they get holes all over the bottom. they even loose their shape. im really annoyed beacuse i bought a $144 coat and the feathers in the coat are coming out! i no thiswoulf not happen at armani exchange or forever 21. but if they expect people to pay alot for the clothes at least havethe desency to make quality clothing!

Re: Hollister
That's so weird! I've never had that problem...but I guess that's only because I buy the stuff that's on sale hahaha. I don't know...I don't expect a lot of the brands nowadays to have great quality.

Re: Hollister
yeah don't expect quality from all popular brands. Even Coach doesn't have good quality!
same thing happened with my hollister clothing....the threads come off so easily and there are holes and pillings even if u don't do anything = =

Re: Hollister
umm i own a winter jacket from hollister and i've even put it in the washing machine, it's just as good as new...
and i mean this is the least offensive way as possible, but how can you compare armani exchange with forever 21?

Re: Hollister
^ I agree. Even though the clothes from F21 are fashionable, the quality isn't the best. I'm pretty sure they order their clothes from China... Stitches sells similar styles (saw the exact same coat at F21 and Stitches). Also, their sizes are mostly S and larger.
Back to the topic... I've never had trouble with my Hollister/A&F clothing but they are really thin. I don't have any complaints about the price - just buy the stuff that's on sale :) Right now they have winter coats for $60, shirts for $10-15, and sweaters for $30-40. |

Re: Hollister
pillings don't mean bad quality. it just means that there is polyester or acrylic or whatever in the material. but even cotton pills a bit. pillings aren't that hard to get rid of so I wouldn't blame the companies for the pillings.
