^^^my mom did that to me when i was in gr6, but i was seriously OBESE then. thank god for puberty.

anyways, my mom is always telling me NOT TO EXPOSE 0.1%+ of cleavage.. shes like "DO YOU WANT TO GET RAPED?" oh my... get with the times mother...
but she doesn't care about short shorts. shes like, "whoa. i didn't know your legs were so long..!"

but overall, i guess its pretty okay. i wear what i want. i'm pretty conservative :D

LOL i blame it on my mom too! becuz she's always the one who makes deep fried stuff for dinner and yet she tells me its my fault for eating! my house is PACKED with cookies and other fattening stuff cuz of my brother and "he has to grow so he should eat but i cant" rule. isn't 126-7 for 5'5 normal? i go up and down 30 pounds each year (116~144 and i'm 5'5 too) so i understand why my mom constantly tells me to lose weight hahaha.

nope, they never cared about what i wear! my mom is getting a little more strict, er, atleast TRYING to be strict about what i wear. my boobs have shrunk and she's concerned about me wearing "revealing" clothing. i was worse back in the day! oh, mom.

my parents have never restricted me in the clothes i choose to wear. make up has never been a problem for me, as i only wear lip gloss and a lil concealer. my mom doesn't love it when i wear really shiny gloss, but she never tells me to take it off or anything. as for concealer, she doesn't like it that i wear it for my undereye circles, as the "aggravation" can cause pre-mature wrinkles.....but i try to be careful.

i'm a very conservative dresser. i hate low cut tops. i never wear skirts or shorts and when i wear tank tops, i always have something over top. my mom would actually like me to wear tank tops without covering up, and i'd like to wear skirts/shorts once in a while, but i also realize that i can't do that right now. i'm on the chubby side, so i'll have to lose some weight before i can do that!

My parents don't care lmao. As long as it's not too expensive since it's coming out of their pockets, it doesn't matter. I guess it's not a big deal because I don't wear provocative clothing. I'm a jeans and tee-shirt kind of girl :P

I'm allowed to wear what I want to wear but my mom doens't let me out after 11 either. It's wierd how she lets me out and trusts me with my boyfriend after 11 but not with my girl friends, and she nvr met my (ex)boyfriends before! It's not like I do anything bad but why trust guy friends over girl friends??

i think she lets you out with your boyfriend after 11 because he is a guy and can "protect" you if anything happens. she probably thinks if you were out with your girlfriends and something happened... no one would be there to keep you safe.

I second bombshell, but my mom is worse, she gets crazy when I'm out with only girls after 5. She keeps calling me every now and then to see if I'm ok, then insists on making my boyfriend pick me up and walk me home.

My parents mostly let me wear what I want, but mostly because I don't wear anything too provocative. The only time my mom gets a little anal about clothing is when it's windy or dark outside and she insists I wear a jacket or a scarf if my neck is exposed.

when i was younger my parents were so involvoed in wut i wear, my ma yelled at me once in a store bacuse of a pair of shorts that i picked out. my mom always said i was showing my cave when i wore a tank top, my dad would say wheres the rest of your skirt when i wore a jean skirt, and then theyrwould booth say id look like a hooker if i wore dark makeup. or my shirts to tight. but it was always the make up always you know, it was always its too dark takes away from your naturally beauty. and teh funny thing is all i wore was mascara and eyeshadow, NO EYELINER.ahh thank god the teen years are over.
