good things to help you "get emotional"

So what are some good things you do to get a good "cry" out of? You know those times when you just want to be alone and get all emotional and it makes you feel all better or sometimes even more worst?

ie: slow jams, movies, comfort food, things you buy, things you do, a good friend etc...

Right now my thing is The Notebook. I sometimes watch it myself and ball my head off. My siblings laugh and think I'm crazy. But I don't care it makes me feel good. The first time I wastched this with my boyfriend at home I wasn't really into it and just teared up a little bit at the ending, but now I know what's going to happen so I start tearing up right whe they are on the ferries wheel!

Oh and I like some of Marques Houston songs and some oldies music gets me going....

Crazy? I know... but it gets all my emotions out and feel good in the end. I am currently on the search for good slow jams... old or new.

Re: good things to help you "get emotional"

movie-wise:
- the notebook
- moulin rouge
- brokeback mountain

song-wise
- "because i'm a girl" - kiss (and the music video too!)

Re: good things to help you "get emotional"

I'm such a crybaby - I cry over almost anything >.< speeches, movies (Click, I Am Sam, A Walk to Remember, The Notebook, How the Grinch Stole Christmas, 300, etc., etc.), songs (Because I am A Girl, Fairytale, Alone, Grass is Greener, Torn, How Could You, Burn, My Boo, etc., etc.), Asian dramas (Meteor Garden, Devil Beside You, Why Why Love, Tokyo Juliet, etc., etc.), TV shows, talk shows, the daily news... If I want to "make" myself cry
