Re: Good restaurants?

GREEEK FOOD is soooooo good! mm! i eat out often because my family LOVES it. (and so do i)

- opa! in queensborough (NOT opa! souvlaki... totally different resturaunts)
- stefano's on columbia
- aleko's greek taverna on austin ave

stefano's is a little more pricey but opa! would be the best, in my opinion. huge servings -- really fills you up. aleko's is pretty decent. they usually have stuff on special and give you a free complimentary soup of the day if you order it. prices are usually around $13.95 - $17.95 for single dishes. platters, on the other hand, are a bit pricier. don't really remember but $26.95ish?

Re: Good restaurants?

Kalypso on Robson st. i had my 21st bday dinner there..yummy greek food...price is about $15-$20 a dinner plate. at 8pm there is a belly dancer that comes out..she entertains the whole restuarant for a good 15-20 mins by her skills and balancing a customer's cup on her head.

Re: Good restaurants?

CACTUS CLUB on robson!!! BEST FOOD I EVER HAD! Food is very expensive, you may go over your limit, especially if you want desert, but you will not be dissapointed. Amazing food and service, you can dress up r go casual, and the atmosphere is fantastic, very eccentric. They are right in the heart of all the great shopping, it is like right next to lululemon, and Aritzia is to the left, when you face it. If you go, I reccomend the Maui chicken. **droool!** ($18) Cactus Club has all sorts of menu items, so there is something for everyone, and it seems upscale, but there is no dress code. There is also a fantastic Thai place called Spice Islands, but I dont know the location, you might need to look it up or call 411. Good luck! Also, I reccomend you reserve for the slot you want!!

I'm not sure, I think this might be near Guess? Cant remember, it's been awhile!
Aldo Shoes Inc Shoes
128-1025 Robson Street
Vancouver BC, Canada
That might help, if it's above Aldo!

Re: Good restaurants?

My friends and I went to Dozo Izakaya in Richmond. The place looks nice but there's too much red in the decor. You pay a cover charge of $6.88 and you get the food at half price plus a beer. The food was horrible...our server was nice but very forgetful. They were out of almost everything i wanted ie: black cod and had to ask them 2 times if they put the order in. After about an hour or more another waitress said they were "out"
