At this price don’t expect a warrantee if you would like to pay 180 in a store you will get a warrantee. However, if it breaks from reasons other then misuse then it will be replaced.

i have a chi and it works pretty well when you do sections of your hair... but i cannot compare it to any other good name brand because i had this cheap one from superstore before where you put water in it and it like steams your hair...
