Alright everyone...

Last winter season, I walked into the lovely Browns store looking for a pair of boots! I love suede, I love high heals, and I love the slouchy look. I also wanted boots that weren't chunky around the foot area - I don't know, I'm a size 5 1/2, and 5'3"... So it just looks better. Anyway, so I found the perfect boot, by Mr. Kors, in a yellowish beige colour. I had to try them on. The looked FABULOUS. However, at this time, I was jobless, only 17 years old, and my mom did not understand, "MOM, THEY'RE MICHAEL KORS!!"

I definitely could not afford these boots priced at $450. Uggh.

So over the last few months, I tried EVERYTHING to get my hands on these boots. I even found them in a great DARK BROWN... mmm, but still; too pricey. I found them on zappos a few months ago for $315.00 US, and thought: OMG, THIS IS PERFECT. Little did I know that for the shoe to COME IN TO CANADA, you have to pay taxes + the exchange rate fees + s/h, and this totalled to about: $435.00 CAN. yay.

Two months ago, I checked lovely zappos again (now with a canadian website). They were priced at $233.00 US and s/h fees: $10.00. With the US Dollar lowering, I was able to get these boots with everything (taxes, s/h) for $330.00 CANADIAN.
I'm sorry, but if you don't think that's a deal, you're crazy.
So I got them.

They are beautiful.
And if you're looking for the perfect boot: I want you all to get them as well! They come in 4 colours; Brown (Tmoro Suede), Grey (Loden), Black, and Beigey-Yellow (Luggage Suede).

nice boots but i have a thing about suede. you can only wear them in dry weather.

I keep hearing people say that, but I have never had a problem with suede myself. What exactly happens to them?

the rain water stains the suede

I bought suede protecter from Danier Leather.
Do you think it will help? I've actually avoided wearing them in the rain...or on a day it's rained because of that.
:S ... anyone have any information about suede protecter?

i wear my suede boots in the rain....high heel ones and uggs...i always spray the seude protector..it does sorta help to an extent..and i always brush the fabric with my seude brush and buffing stone...my boots aren't ruined yet...but it helps when u have an umbrella to sheild a bit of the rain that hits yur shoes.

where do u get the suede brush?

Yeah they're cute but won't last long.. Suede always stains even with Protector on it.

Their cute! The suede spray won't 100$ protect your boots but it will at least slow down the damage.

Thanks guys! eheh, Either way, I'm not going to be wearing them in the snow or rain, I haven't even sprayed the protector on them just because I'm scared that will stain! Aww well... I still love them <3
Also, what is the suede brush?

when you spray the boots, dont spray directly on, kinda walk the boots into the mist so that they dont stain. The way you would with perfume while wearing silk/satin

my shoes look kind of similar to yours but yours are longer

i live on the rainy west coast but i think my suedes are doing fairly well.....mind you i dont wear them in the pouring rain lol
my mom doesnt believe in the protector products so i dont use it....just occasionally brush. i guess it depends on what kind of suede u get - if it's the sturdier kind, if it's light rain, it'll be okay if you're walking short distances but if it's the really soft kind, then you have to be very careful and only wear them when it's dry outside.
