nine west boots

hi all!

i am seriously considering in investing in a pair of nine west boots; i don't know which ones yet, but something i can wear to the office.
i have two friends who have absolutely sworn that nine west, despite their price, make the best heels.
apparently the heels are somehow stratigically placed, so that they are really comfortable, like wearing runners!

can anyone third this opinion? i'm wondering if nine west shoes are worth their price- they cost at least 1.5 times aldo shoes.
if they are worth it and are actually THAT comfortable, i am definitely getting a pair!

anyone, opinions???

Re: nine west boots

my cousin LOVES nine west and agrees that they are super comfortable. apparently, they also have different widths too, which is good for girls like me who have wide feet. also, the quality is MUCH greater than that of aldo. aldo is cheap, but looks pretty, but TERRIBLE to walk in.

i gotta invest in a pair of nine west's too!

Re: nine west boots

I have a pair of 3" heels from Nine West that I bought for 40 bucks @ Seattle outlet....it has not given me any troubles and I find that it IS more comfortable than other brands. But most definitely NOT YET like wearing runners....it's just that theirs is nicer design so they don't bite your feet. I agree that the quality is greater than Aldo's.

I say..go to seattle and buy yourself tons of shoes @ nine west :D I wish I bought more cuz I had a small budget last time lol. But I'll definitely go there next time! I wouldn't buy them from regular nine west stores unless you're planning to wear them a lot cuz they cost SO much!
For me I can't wear high heels a lot for health reasons and they're not practical. But I'd LOVE to buy boots or flats there...><

Re: nine west boots

I used to work @ Nine West and the quality is comparable to shoes sold at say B2, Browns, etc. They are definitely a step or 2 or 3 =) above Aldo and their sister stores. The materials they use are ALOT better quality, like the leather breathes better because the quality is higher, that's why your feet won't sweat, etc. Hope that helps. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Re: nine west boots

Nine West does have amazing boots! I think they're the only pair of knee high boots that I can wear all day long without experiencing any pain. Most of their soles are quite soft and flexible, which accounts for the comfort. Although they are a bit pricey it's definitely well worth your money. I got my Nine Wests knee highs at The Bay downtown for $180 on sale from the regular price of $250. It was a clearance item so I got 40% off and 10% from associate discount (I use to work there). The only reason they still had my size left is because I had dibs on it lol. You should check it out though because you can save quite a bit at The Bay. I don't know if any other Bay's have Nine West but the one downtown has a lot of brands and they usually have sales. You should look there first before buying from the actual store.

Re: nine west boots

I bought 2 Nine West boots this weekend at the Tulalip outlet. One was $40 and the other was $50! They look kinda like these, (couldn't find the exact styles). They're really comfortable and prices are afforable - not gonna go back to Aldos now that I know better.

I'm so happy with them~!

Re: nine west boots

the ninewest store (i went to the one in metro) had a buy one get one half off at boxing day. i bought a pair of flats and so did my other friend and we just split the savings. they had some good deals and the flats are amazingly comfy.

however the sizing was a bit weird. i'm naturally a size 8 but i had to wear a 7 for the flats in ninewest
