Has anyone bought shoes from www.cutesyshoes.com ?

I was lured in by the cheap shoes and I definitely paid the price for it. Sometimes things are cheap for a reason - I bought a pair of these imitation suede boots with a half inch heel, and within a month of wearing them, the heel started to wear off. I didn't really notice it but everytime i wore those boots I'd slip alot and almost fall whenever i was walking on smooth ground, like concrete, but i just chalked it up to me being clumsy. However TODAY while I was running across the street to catch my bus, those heels got the best of me and caused me to slip and land right on my butt in the middle of the road. And that's when I noticed how bad the heels were! It's SO dangerous!!! I guess that's the price you pay for buying cheap shoes. I still have a huge bruise from where I fell.

Anyone else wanna share their clumsy-experiences-caused-by-bad-shoes experience?? lol.

mm. most cheap shoes don't have very good grip at the bottom of the soles and cutseyshoes dont help much cuz they dont take pics of the bottom. i bought a pair from transit on sale for $35 !! (they were $10 on cutsey shoes) but i trust transit/spring's quality much more. those don't have the besttt grip but its alright. im walk well with heels and stuff so i dont rlly fall. i remember this one time i was late& running to school as always. just right before i got to school ( i was on the big road and it was winter) i slipped and landed backwards! thankgod my backpack was there to save me..so many kids saw too>< how embarrasing!

anyways, with cutsey shoes.. i wouldn't reallycare about the quality since i know it will break in a month or even 2 weeks cuz of the price. but the shipping is such a rip off! a saw a cute pair of boots for $10..and shipping for boots was $20!

i have to admit. yeah i do buy cheap boots.. but flat ones. like ones where nothing can really go bad with them if u kno wat i mean. ALTHOUGH. i did buy a pair of cheap boots before and the whole bottom just peeled off after a day of wearing them, i'm guessing coz the glue doesn't stick.. hahaha. but they were extremely cheap, like $10 CDN cheap.. so i can't really complain about it that much.. ahah

omg yeah there were 2 guys at the bus stop who saw me! I was SO embarrassed but I just tried to act like it didn't happen lol! It was so unexpected. Yeah i'm never buying shoes from cutesyshoes ever again. It was actually my first time buying shoes online because i couldn't resist the cheap prices. I usually try and buy shoes in stores that I frequent anyway. So yea, never again!! lol

haha the area by my tail bone hurts alot when i touch it, but no broken bones.. at least i hope not!!! Yea the thing is i've bought cheap shoes before that never wear like the way these boots did. I guess you can kinda get away with flats, flip flops, etc. but boots you gotta buy from brand you trust.. speaking from experience haha.

did you only order 1 pair from them? i would feel so ripped off cuz for every item after the first one..its only $5 shipping! if you want cheap shoes& you wanna try them on first, i recommend going to like parker place. my friend bought cheap boots there, the quality probably sucks but better than cutsey shoes. & price wise is similar if you include the shipping fee andyou can actaully try them on.

it wasnt really cause of my shoes but when i was crossing the street to go home with my friend .. there was a lot of ice on the road and i slipped but thank god there was no cars coming . and it hurt so much that i stayed on the ground for a few minutes before i could get back up !

Yea i only bought one pair just to "test" out their shoes. I think I used a coupon code for shipping, I don't really remember though.. but there's alot of cutesyshoes coupon codes floating around the internet. Yea i always see funky shoes when i go to parker place haha!! And the clothes are so cheap too!!! I've never tried anything on though cuz I'm always too skeptical.

awww!! black ice is brutal man. Yea thank goodness no cars were coming. When I fell today, there was actually a car coming toward me, but they stopped when they saw me on the ground haha. Moments like that make me wish I could disappear at will! lol

cheap... CHEAP SHOES & BOOTS!!

The shoes from there are so not made for everyday where but it's good if you want a couple pair of dispensable shoes for clubbing, etc. I usually buy flats from there but I wouldn't dare where the heels/boots everyday!

That sucks what happened to you! =( I guess you learn from what happened right. But if you really think about it, when you see someone else fall, you're not gonna laugh nor think it's funny, you would probably just want to run over there to help them.. that's probably how the people who saw you fall felt too so don't worry too much about it!

The prom dresses on that site seems really cheap.
Does that mean it`s in bad quality too cus some of them look really nice.

Whenever you have shoes with no tread, you can bring them to any shoe repair shop to get them resoled so that you won't slip. Or at the dollar stores they have these sticky things with a rough surface on one side and a sticky side on the other side. You stick these to the bottom of your soles to prevent you from slipping.

I think with prom dresses, you'll only wear once so it's ok to chep out as long as it looks good on you! I bought mine for $400 and I regret it so much.
