aaah yes, I pretty much hate coach and lv bags/wallets/etc. I hate things that have logos plastered all over them. I don't think they are attractive and are mostly just a status symbol.

Haha..aww... I think Coach does have a "cheaper" feeling when compared to other designer brands. I don't hate them, but if given the choice I'd gladly upgrade them all to LVs.
Nonetheless, I'm still guilty of loving my Coach bags. =)

Ditto. I'm not a Coach fan either. Sorry.

Not at all. I can appreciate a nice designer bag, but when I see a Coach, or LV or Fendi, et cetera, (anything with the monogram) it just screams label whore to me.

it's awesome that you find them ugly. they're not worth their price anyway, imo.

Re: Is it wrong I find all Coach handbags ugly?

It's okay to think something is ugly.

But I personally think Gucci is high end and can't be compared to Coach. People dish out 2,000 dollars on a bag for a reason. Let it be for style, status, or quality. I absolutly adore Gucci, Louis, and Chanel. I own both Louis and Gucci bags, and my boyfriends getting me a Chanel soon. So I think it's really about a persons taste and how they like to go about showing status..

I just can't help but feel a bit offended when I read that you said Gucci is cheap and tacky.. since I've read your other posts and know you buy fakes.. and some people actually dish out money on authentic bags.. no offence... but everyone has their own opinionon things so I'm not saying it wrong to dislike something.

^ I think we all know that Gucci is not cheap, but that doesn't mean it can't LOOK cheap. Which it does...

Re: Is it wrong I find all Coach handbags ugly?

^ I don't think the authentic ones look "cheap" at all (yes, including the monograms). It's not fair to generalize like that.

But yeah, I prefer Balenciaga's design better.

Coach is the poor person's Marc.
I'd rather people save up then splurge on a Balenciaga or Chanel.

^ Don't even try to insult Marc Jacobs like that. Coach is not about creativity and innovation. The selling point of Coach is "classic".

I like Coach bags, after seeing a whole bunch of variations of them. They also last long, and go on sale more. XD

Re: Is it wrong I find all Coach handbags ugly?

I think the only reason why people go crazy over Coach is because it's part of that high-end brand for purses - or the most affordable one that they can get. If Coach was being sold at Walmart or some department store, I don't think it would even get a second glance. =S
