ballet flats

i got a pair of cute flats, but a big dilemma. they kill my feet. the back scratches my lower ankle part so much that blisters formed and the skin peeled off after. does anyone know how to prevent this from happening besides wearing bandaids everytime

Re: ballet flats

I just wear bandaids all the time. It's annoying but it's better than getting blisters.

Re: ballet flats

i got them at nine west.

ughs, it's such a hassle thought with bandaids, cause sometimes they move, so i end up feeling uncomfortable AND getting blisters

Re: ballet flats

that happens with alot of new shoes, like these flats i got at spring, but after 2 more times wearing them, they were completely fine, so just wear them wit bandaids 1 or 2 more times and they'll be perfect

Re: ballet flats

the bandaids will eventually come off real fast after you have them on. just stop wearing them for a while, then wear them again and eventually you'll get used to the flats.

Re: ballet flats

OMGOODNESS. Same thing with me for my NINE WEST flats as well.
Ugh.. heartbroken. It wasn't easy for me finding a pair of flats, and when I do find a pair at Nine west the leopard ones, they scratch me like crazy, and there's no grip at all so it's so easy to slip n slide.

Re: ballet flats

that always happens to me when i buy new flats but now that ive worn them for a while it doesnt hurt anymore. i think theres this new product(sorry i cant find a picture) called band aid blister stick or something but ive seen it in drug stores and it looks like a stick of deodrent (sp?) and it says that you put it on ur feet to stop blisters before it happens. maybe you should try that.

Re: ballet flats

Hmm, I have problems with the other end of my foot when I wear flats. My toes and the upper part of my foot really get sore. I've been wearing foot slips and they're helping a bit..
