Boots

i'm starting to look for boots for this coming fall season, but i don't know which boots would look best on me. i'm 5'3 short and have thin legs. i'm looking for boots that would make my legs appear longer. i'm not used at shoes with heels so i prefer boots with no heels. i'm thinking knee-high boots. what do you guys think? any suggestions? thanks!

i say "almost" knee high boots...the ones that are 3 inches away from the lowest point of yur knee looks cute on girls who are skinny and shorter. i've seen that style on my friends and it looks awesome on them.

I'm 5'2 and it's really hard for me to find the perfect boots. The biggest mistake i did was buying these (very) knee-high boots that kinda ends ON my knees...so that created these big GAPS in between. i don't know what i was doing... >< so i agree, the "almost" knee high boots would look cute!

I'm about 5'5 and I NEVER pick the right boots! I'm average size-average build, but what about colors and styles for this season? brands?

uh...I'm below 5 feet, and I have the same problem. can never find the perfect pair of boots.
I was thinking the same thing as juicybrat though, that sounds about right:)

same here! i'm a bit more than 5'3 tall with legs that are the same width everywhere with barely any dips or curves. every pair of boot i've tried on made me look 'stuffed'.
*sigh*. . . . sometimes it's not just boots that i have difficulty finding the right size >___<

I'm also 5ft3" and have a hard time finding boots. I want a pair of flat boots, so i cant wear them to school and everywhere else. i walk and take public transit everywhere so i want something that's comfortable but stylish. where is a good place to get boots? any suggestions? thanks!!

wait a couple weeks, the transition into fall/winter 07 is beginning this weekend so new styles should be coming in throughout august! i'd say wait til end of sept though just so you have a better selection of what to choose from!

i'm 5'2 and skinny, and my favourite boots are knee high wedges and they look fine on me. but i suppose everyone's different.
