returning online order in store?

i recently bought an item as a gift from guess online..which unfortunaly is to small...and im wondering if i cant return it online ( i got it with a discount..they dont take back sale items?)..can i return it in store? i know it says online you cant but im thinking if i take the price tag off (so they dont see it in us dollars) and leave all the other tags on and tell them it was a gift I got they might refund it since guesss usually pretti good with returns...what do you guys think??

For Guess, you can bring the item back to the store to return if you still have the receipt / brand new with tags. they wont return your shipping though. You can onlu return normal priced things to the store only.
& you cant return stuff bought from the Guess Factory stuff to GUESS.

thanks rrootbear..but im confused as to what you mean...so i CAN return an item i bought online guess in the store w/ tags attached?? on the website it says i cant?...and also i did buy it normal priced but i just had a promo code so i dont know if that counts as sale?...if worst comes to worst ill try selling it on here!! its a gorgeous jacket =(

oh i kinda have the same problem ! sorry if im talking abt it in your forum but yeah i bought a pair of jeans & it doesnt look as good as in the picture & it doesnt fit that well .. but iono what to do -.- i think i could return it but then i have to pay for shipping for it again
