I got something from the store today at regular price (no discount); however, I don't want the item (shirt) anymore. I would like to return it or exchange it for something else. The shirt is still in brand new condition ( with price tag).

The problem is ... there is a final sale stamp on the receipt. I didn't know about the stamp until i got home. :unsure:

Did the cashier lady accidentally stamped "final sale" on the reciept or is it final sale for everything sold at Urban Behavior?

Isn't there a sale there this weekend? Sometimes they do it without telling you because...they assume you know. I doubt you can get it refunded/exchanged :(

I don't think it hurts to try since it is regular price. If they don't let you since they say there's a stamp, just ask them why? since you paid regular.

i hate shopping at urban behaviour bcuz their return policy sucks.
if you get something as a gift you dont like w.out a gift receipt youre stuck with it, you can only get a diff size :(
& once you exchange something ONCE its final sale! so effing stupid. atleast give store credit or smth grrr.

it sucks that the cashier made the mistake of doing that. idk if you'll be able to do anything w. the shirt, you can try arguing but idk they seem like they dont really care :(

i believe they don't do returns, but only exchanges for 14 days

I went back to the store today and was able to get a store credit. yeppppy The cashier that assisted me was pretty nice.

There was a sale at UB today, I saw a big sign at the front of the store stating everything is 40% off.

Sorry, a lil off topic but will the give me a store credit if I want to return something without a receipt? Got it as a gift and doesn't fit =(
