Causewaymall groupbuy (CLOSED- WILL NOT ORDER)

Doing a Causewaymall groupbuy...will order if there are enough people interested in purchasing (requires 2 individuals for every item) and total exceeds $100USD by December 13, 2009. This is the minimum amount before Causewaymall will proceed with any order batch.

Those interested in YesStyle order, I will begin groupbuy after I finish visa transaction with Causewaymall sometime mid-December.

Causewaymall do have shipping charges and this charge is separate from the Canadian customs brokerage fee. The shipping charge will be split by the number of clothing pieces in the total order. Canadian customs brokerage fee will also be split amongst groupbuyers if there is any at the end.

The items I am interested in are listed in posts 2-3. I prefer the lists I have first, if you have something else u r interested in from Causewaymall I may post it up if not becoming too many selections. Thanks for understanding!

Please read before deciding whether you can dedicate to the rules as stated:

Fair Rules/Fair Play =)
(1) Pick-up will ONLY be located in the following locations. I WILL NOT meet anywhere else other than the locations stated (meaning I will not wait at skytrain station either):
(Richmond) Lansdowne mall (most flexible in arranging time of meetup). 1-2 mins walk from Lansdowne skytrain station.
(Vancouver) Langara College(2-2:30pm, or after work hours on certain weekdays). 5 mins walk from Langara/49th skytrain station.
(Burnaby) Metrotown only 1 weekend day...will update specific times (meetup will be around 1-3pm). If u cannot make it at that day during specific time, then please rearrange meetup either at Langara College or Lansdowne Mall.

(2) Order will be in place if total costs more than $100USD. This is the minimum amount that needs to be placed before Causewaymall will even take in any orders. If it does not add up to that amount, then order will be closed.

(3) Shipping fee, this amount is mandatory for Causewaymall and will be split amongst all groupbuyers.

(4) Same applies to Customs Brokerage fee. If no brokerage fee, no one has to split. If there is a brokerage fee, it will be split amongst all buyers.

(5) USD to CAD conversion rate will be according on the actual conversion rate ...because that's the date when I will be doing the visa transaction with Causewaymall. I will post up the roundup cost in CAD shortly after that. Ie: If item converts to $5.86 CAD, will roundup to $6.00 so it's easier to calculate.

(6) Shipping is available if you cannot meet me on the locations I have stated, or cannot commit to the time I have stated. However, please bare in mind that you will be responsible for the shipping cost yourself. I can also do a custom meetup with you, however it will be at extra transportation fee of $2-5 depending on location cuz it's not within my travel route. I feel this is fair, so please consider carefully before you order if you can make the commitment.

(6) Please be patient with me as I work daily, and attend school and practicum. In addition, please make sure you are certain you want the item(s) before you send me your order form. I'm a student who works hard to make money so I have little extra spending money for stuff like clothing, and therefore I do not wish to have to keep items that I helped others order but end up did not show up for their purchases. Thanks for your understanding!!! =)

****Cost Breakdown**** (ONLY FOR REFERENCE)
I'm just doing an approximate breakdown...it will change according to how many items there are in total & how much the Canadian customs brokerage is if applies.

Ie: Getting ONE item for $6.08USD

$6.08USD + approximately $4-5USD shipping cost per item (this shipping cost is mandatory from causewaymall and I m going to split between total amount of clothing ordered)+ approximately $2-2.50CAD per item based on other groupbuy experiences on customs brokerage fee.

Again customs brokerage fee is unknown right now because don't know which carrier it is (out of my control)...and shipping cost per item can vary depending on the number pieces of clothing ordered. Parcel courier is DHL, and Causewaymall is unwilling to ship from other companies.

So somewhere around $13.50USD (item cost + shipping + custom brokerage). Conversion rate USD=CAD again another unknown until charged through my visa card...so presume $1USD=$1.1CAD. $13.50X1.1=$15.00CAD

Hope this cost breakdown sample helps..again final cost may be slightly higher or less...out of my control until the actual visa transaction and parcel arrives to postal office. :) These extra costs does not go to me but to causewaymall and Canadian customs. Also, I do roundup of cost into the nearest dollar because I really don't like having loose change. Ie: If the total comes to $14.27CAD, I will roundup the cost to nearest dollar of $15CAD.
