Would you date someone who has a five year age difference with you? (5 years younger, 5 years older)

Maybe once I turned 19-20. But not right now...that would mean I would be dating someone who was 21!

I probably wouldn't unless i was older. but I actually have a friend who's dating a guy seven years older than her! i think that's waay too crazy. she's only 15 too.

JUST 5 years? That's nothing man. I've dated younger and dated older. Been there done that man.

it's not really that big of a deal especially the older you get. after a while the age gap starts getting really big, like 10+ years even.

I dated a guy that was 30 when I was 21 but trust me.. when your that young guys that age are have a different mind set. They thought differently than I did at that time and the things that we'd talk about were so different. I was very immature at that age and we just didn't have much in common to talk about.

I dated a 27 year old when i was 20 and he wanted to marry me....crazy..i was still a kid!!!

oops i never really answered the question. So now that i'm older..yes to someone 5 years older... but If i could turn back time when I was 20-21 then i'd say no.

No..... I like people close to my age. I hate that "expierenced man" thing. It's sooooo not a turn on, it's just creepy. If I dated a guy five years younger then me I'd be a 21 year old women dating a 16 year old..... so eww....
i say I'd date someone plus or minus 1-2 years of my age. (That is, if I didn't already have a lover)

I would date someone 5 years older but not 5 years younger. I've gone out with someone who was 6 years older and it didnt bother me. In a lot of cases, age is just a number. It shouldnt determine who you go out with.
