So, go into your control panel, then go into Administrative Tools. Then open Computer Management and in that window, look on the sidebar and click on Device Manager. In the right side of the window a list of devices should show up. Scroll down to the 'Sound, Video and Game Controllers' and expand that. Check to see if any of the devices have a yellow exclamation point beside them and if so, right click >> disable.
I'm not sure if that works. If it doesn't, then just re-enable the device and I'll try to figure out something from there :)

thanks for the help, but when i oped it there were no exclamation marks and everything was fine, i dont know why theres no sound, im so bummed, i want sound! thanks for trying to figure this out, hope you find out more about it!
