Blue water for brushes

    okay have been wondering this for awhile now what is the blue water that salon have for their combs and brushes? i'm assuming it keeps them sanitized and it cleans them? my brushes are really bad atm and its pretty hard to clean them 100% :(

    really?? thats pretty simple hahah last thing i thought it would be...but wouldnt that make the brushes soapy?

    I've tried it on my ecotools brushes :) it works great for me on the foundation brush and it's pretty easy to wash off, Johnson's baby shampoo is soap free
