Gloria: The Suzy Shiers @ Queensborough Outlet has 70% on their clearance. There were quite a few styles of dress shirts and blouses. I bought a cute one for $7 and it's suitable for work or play.

Milani, i think i might know what you're talking about. My brother has two and he got his at holt renfrew. I think it might be versace or gucci. I don't know of other places though.
