Did Not Graduate from Highschool, but still able to go college?

    So I'm just wondering if someone that did not graduate highschool be able to go to College? I was in school with this chick in Highschool but she seemed so dumb to even graduate and I see her in college. Is that even possible?

    How old is she? She might be admitted as mature student. And which college did you see her in?

    She could've finished high school through VSB's Continuing Education or is in college doing the ABE (Adult Basic Education) program if she hasn't finished.

    You'd be surprised how some people can seem so dumb in high school but do so much better after because the motivation is there. She wouldn't be in college if she didn't have it in her to get things done because it's so individual. I finished math in high school with a 50% but when I had to upgrade it to get into a program, I got 90% lol

    you can take an entry exam without upgrading. I heard you can get into uni without any requirements after you reach a certain age.
