Job Interview with The Bay tomorrow!! Any tips please??

    Hello!!

    The Bay is have a job fair tomorrow and the interview is on spot. I am so nervous.. really don't know how to prepare. Any tips and advice would be really helpfull!!

    standard questiongs:

    - why do you want to work here?
    - what can you bring to our company?
    - why should we hire you?
    - what makes you different?
    - what is your greatest weakness?
    - what do you do if there was an asshole customer (not exactly in this wording)?

    just some stuff from the top of my mind.

    Smile, be outgoing and be upbeat. Even if you answer all the questions positively, companies won't want to hire to someone who's quiet and shy.

    Rehearse the night before AND 1-2 hours before your interview! I do this all the time and it's great because your potential answers are still fresh in your mind.

    May I ask which location is the job fair held at?

    Know some background about the company? Like asking questions about them i.e. promotions within etc
