La Senza Return/Refund Store Policy

    Does anyone know the details of La Senza return policy?

    I bought a few bras from them months ago (probably even as far back as in 2011) but I never wore them. The tags are still on. They have been sitting in my closet for months.

    The bras no longer fit me. The sizes are totally off to what I wear now.

    I am wondering if I can bring them back in store to get a refund or store credit. They are brand new, unused/unworn bras. Do they have a store policy like Aeropostale where I can return them in unlimited time as long as I have a receipt and purchase is in unused condition? (Actually, I'm unsure if I can even dig the receipt up). I just don't really know what to do with them exactly.

    I believe it's 30 days only. If you find the receipt it should say on the back of it. Try selling them maybe? beats leaving them sitting there gathering dust...

    ah, that was what I was afraid of I`m on vacation right now so I cant check the receipt regarding the store policy.
    You`re probably right. I should just sell them online when I get home. I hope people do buy apparel online.

    You could try returning them without the receipt and say you got it as a gift. They might be able to give you store credit! I remember my friend doing that and it worked.

    Probably, they don't have to know when you actually got it. You can just say you got it as a gift recently :)

    I work at La Senza, and the policy for bras is you can refund/exchange them within 21 days as long as you have the receipt and tags are still on. Panties and beauty products are final sale. You can always go to the managers and explain your situation and see what they say
