   Quick question: I recently bought some stuff online about four months back. It still hasn't come through the mail. The seller offered a second reship, but I really just want my money back. I paid for the stuff with a Visa Gift Card I had lying around and I'm not sure if refunds even work with it.

   It should work I bought stuff off hautelook and returned it by shipping. They refunded it back on the gift card.
