What did you eat today?

    So what did you eat today!?!? :laughing:
    This will tell us if you've been eating healthy or not..lol

    Breakfast:
    - bite out of a carrot muffin (I hate breakfast)

    Snack(s):
    - 90 calorie bag of Crispy Mini's
    - 2 gummies
    - mini cupcake from Cupcakes
    - 3 rice crispy squares
    - Starbucks banana mango Vivanno

    Lunch:
    - mozzerella, spinach + turkey wrap
    - bottle of Coca Cola Blak

    Dinner:
    - chung fun (sp?) with peanut sauce
    - sticky rice
    - huge slice of lasagna

    I'll probably eat more later too lol.

    breakfast:
    milk and rice ^_^

    snack:
    pancakes (LOL) and orange/cranberries, and mysterious fruit LOL

    lunch:
    WHOLE WHEAT sandwich and a bag of BAKED LAYS :p

    dinner:
    haven't had it yet

    i had a peach for lunch cus there was nothing else to eat in the school caf. :angry:
    .. but at least i made up for it after i got home LOL

    Breakfast:
    a packet of Tomato flavoured crackers
    few pieces of watermelon

    Lunch:
    Mc Chicken Meal.
    Iced coffee

    Dinner:
    Rice, Chicken and zucchini

    breakfast: half of a blueberry muffin+one cup of milk

    snack: doritos

    lunch: a sandwich and a piece of pizza

    dinner: a sausage, rice, tomatoe and egg (hahah chinese thingy), and salad

    snack: s'more granola bar

    lunch: whole wheat roast beef and cheddar sandwich

    dinner: steak, mushrooms, and rice

    breakfast - coffee :unsure:

    lunch - turkey sandwich n ice tea

    dinner - teriyaki chicken breast, roasted nugget potato and salad ( i should have taken a pic, lol)

    breakfast - blueberry muffin
    lunch - fries and a chicken burger
    dinner - roasted chicken & penne with asiago cream from milestones

    breakfast- chopsticks full of noodles
    lunch- tuna sandwich
    after school- 2 safeway cookies, cereal, congee
    dinner- rice cooked with chicken

    - a cup of orange juice
    - a piece of gum

    Lunch
    - crab extreme and small rice from Churches Chicken

    Dinner
    - udon with beef balls and pork

    Breakfast:
    COFFEE COFFEE COFFEE! (it was just one cup..but I emphasize it because I CANNOT start my day without it..LOL)

    Lunch:
    Chicken sandwich on whole wheat with lettuce, cucumbers and cheese (i like crunchy things in my sandwiches)
    Water

    Dinner:
    Beef noodle from Tony's Beef Noodle (love this place!) It was my bff's birthday and she wanted to go there

    Breakfast:
    - Kashi Go Lean Crunch Cereal (SO GOOD...GET IT...seriously..it'll be the best healthy cereal you've ever had haha) w/skim milk (cause I hate the taste of milk so I get the most watered down kind...haha)
    - Banana

    Snack:
    - A bite of Clif bar (I wasn't hungry enough to eat half like I usually do)

    Lunch:
    - Oven roasted turkey sandwich on rye w/lettuce, tomatoes, and havarti

    Snack:
    - Granola w/low fat vanilla yogurt and berries

    Dinner:
    - Dill salmon sandwich w/lettuce and tomates on rye...I didn't have time to eat with my family today so I made a sandwich -_-

    fasting this month so pretty much no breakfast or lunch. i had tacosss for dinner :)

    Wow, you definetly eat a lot for a female. I wish I could eat that much everyday and stay thin. :sad:

    Yesterday...

    7am: Glass of 2% Milk

    10am: Package of instant quaker oatmeal
    Earl Grey Tea (w/ 3 sugars and two creams)

    12pm: Wonton Soup (6 pcs)
    Fried Rice w/ Seafood and chicken bits

    5pm: More of the Fried Rice I didn't finish earlier

    7pm: BBQ Duck

    8-9pm: 3 more glasses of 2% Milk

    Today is omelette day at work.. gonna go grab one soon (or an egg muffin). Mmm.
