Spot the Fakes/Replicas


I've decided to create this thread to remind everyone that fakes/replicas are not allowed on Mallvibes.

Did you see someone selling a fake/replica?

If so, please post their usernames here!!

if it's illegal to sell fakes,is it also illegal to buy fakes? (when you know it's fake) :S

i dont think its illegal, if you state it's fake and sell it for a really low price.

naw its not legal to sell or buy fakes...
because thats why those nightmarket stores got closed down... right?

they why do those carts at the malls selling replicas still open?

that's because they haven't gotten caught yet!

like... look at that store outside sears in metro town...
if its legal I don't think theyd be so secret-ive.
and I don't think jewelry are that big of a deal to the cops.
cuz I do see lots of mall carts.. having them there.
but I know like fake bags. and stuff... they're on to them.. or TRY to be... lol

i heard its illegal to USE fakes too. its just that most of the time the police cant tell or would be too lazy to go around to catch ppl who use it b/cuz in hk (and prbly same thing here) if an officer is 100% sure you are using a fake you can be charged

Cuz they can just like confiscate your purse right there. that would suck lol.
or they can "pretend" its real. than TAX you .....
